Will not purchase again
Very upsetting that after one sitting, both batteries for the tattoo pen are dead and the pen no longer turns on with them, even though the charger says they’re fully charged

CanadaIt’s good when it works
It took a couple months to get to me in Canada and unfortunately it only lasted 3 days. For those 3 days I liked the machine, it’s not too heavy but it stopped working with cartridges in it. I tried many different ones including the companies brand and higher quality ones (kwadron,ttech, fyt, Cheyenne) and it’s definitely in properly I’m a professional tattoo artist and work at a reputable shop. It unfortunately won’t be worth the money of shipping it all the way back to be fixed/replaced so I guess I’m just out $240C.
