If you don't have a positive experience for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there are absolutely zero risks in buying something from our website and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings, we'll make it right.
The One Year Warranty is voided if you:
- Overlubed your machine
- Dropped your machine
- Tampered with the motor
- Replaced parts on your own

1. If the machine is broke within 30 days of receiving the order and it still can't repair it yourself after contacting customer service, we will send you a new  machine for free.
2.If the machine is broke within a year warranty period but exceeds 30 days after you received,we will provide free maintenace. Problem of machines can't be solved through the remote support, you can ship the machine to our maintenance address for free maintenance. Meanwhile, the shipping fee for sending back shall be paid by the buyer.
